How much is shipping?

All orders placed on our website currently qualify for free shipping. We ship quickly and reliably via USPS or FedEx, so you can enjoy a fast and worry-free delivery experience.

When will this product ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after we receive your order. We usually ship packages via USPS or FedEx, and delivery generally takes 3–5 business days.

How fast will I get my order?

After you place an order, we process and ship it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

What is your return/refund policy?

All products purchased through iYofe are eligible forreturns within 14 days from the date of purchase. We accept returns on all newunopened and unused products within 14 days from the date of purchase. Can I buy expedited shipping?

We unfortunately do not offer expedited shipping at thistime. The products at iYofe are shipped in large and heavy boxes which are veryexpensive to ship. The cost of expedited shipping costs hundreds of dollars, typicallymore than what the item costs. In addition, there are many regulations when it comes toshipping items with lead acid batteries, thus making the logistics complicated. For thisreason listed, iYofe is unable to offer expedited shipping.

Our ride-on cars are inspired by officially licensed vehicle designs, so it’s normal to see products on the market with a similar appearance. However, iYofe focuses on upgraded design, materials, and performance that go beyond basic models.

We use longer-lasting, high-capacity batteries to ensure extended playtime, allowing kids to enjoy longer uninterrupted driving sessions. In addition, our products are equipped with 3-point or 5-point safety harnesses, offering significantly better protection than standard seat belts and providing a safer driving experience for children.

What is your warranty policy?

We want you and your child to enjoy our products with confidence. If you experience any quality-related issues within 90 days of receiving your ride-on car, please contact us and we’ll provide fast and attentive warranty service.
Please note that damage caused by reasons other than product quality is not covered under our warranty.

Why was my order canceled?

We do not typically cancel customer orders. An order may only be canceled if an item is out of stock or if the shipping address cannot be delivered to. In such cases, we will contact you in advance and clearly explain the reason for the cancellation.

Can I pick up a car in person?

Unfortunately we do not have the option for customers to pick up products in person. In order to provide our customers with the best possiblepricing our business model is designed to be Direct To Consumer via online retail only.

Will this product fit my kid?

Our website offers a wide range of vehicles designed for children aged 3 to 24 years, so kids of different ages can find a model they love. By referring to your child’s height and the product size information provided on each product page, you can easily choose a vehicle that fits your child comfortably and safely.

How long will the battery last?

All of our ride-on cars are equipped with high-quality lead-acid batteries. Most models offer a playtime of approximately 60–120 minutes on a full charge.
Actual battery life may vary depending on factors such as driving speed, use of headlights, Bluetooth speaker usage, and road or terrain conditions.
