Return & Refund Policy

At iYofe, we stand behind the quality of our ride-on cars. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and parts included

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

After we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or operated

  • Products that show damage caused during use

  • Products with opened, missing, or damaged packaging

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Due to the large size and high shipping cost of ride-on cars, customers are responsible for return shipping fees

  • If the return is due to the product you received being damaged, we will cover the shipping costs, and you will not be responsible for any fees.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Damaged or Defective Items (Upon Arrival)

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our after-sales team will provide you with satisfactory after-sales service.
